Production

Our factory is focus on regular solar lawn lights and solar kinds of high power lights with modern productive facilities and management system, around 100 workers could produce Max 200,000pcs solar garden lights per month.

Research & Development
With 4 experienced electron engineers and structure engineers, we are able to offer the newest items to customers from time to time. Our R&D team attend electronic fairs and lighting fairs every year in Guangzhou,HK,Germany,USA to acquaint the newest information and also be informed in time by our marketing department of the newest requirements from market and customers.

Quality Control (ISO9001 Standard,BSCI)
Our ERP system save a lot of time and ensure the correct information transmission in whole order production processing, avoiding mistakes caused by human errors. Meanwhile, 100% inspection for key raw- materials and random inspection will be done by our IQC, every production line will arrange two IPQC, one FQC and one QA to ensure the quality. More, engineers will supervise very production line as well. Before shipment, our OQC will do random inspection for the goods again to ensure our clients could receive 99% satisfied cargoes.
