Bruce R. Smith

Bruce Smith originally developed daily operations and ongoing strategy for Norcross Group’s digital investigations services. Bruce continues to provide his expertise to Norcross Group as an Associate Senior Forensics Examiner. During his 25-year career as a Special Agent with the FBI, he was both an investigator and manager of sensitive undercover operations. He has worked with officials at the highest level of the Bureau, including the Director. Trained and certified by the FBI’s Laboratory Division to conduct forensic examinations on a wide range of operating systems, including DOS, Windows NT and Unix/Linux, Mr. Smith has provided expert witness testimony in State and Federal court in both criminal and civil cases. His experience in the private sector includes the creation of a computer forensics program for Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations.
