Jeffrey Wright performs computer forensic analysis and investigations for Norcross Group. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wright retired at the rank of Lieutenant, from the Fulton County Police Department after being an officer for 20 years. During the last 3 years at FCPD, he was assigned as a Task Force Agent to the Cyber Unit of the FBI. There, he was vetted and received a top secret security clearance. He has extensive experience in crime scene analysis and investigation, suspect identification, and court testimony. As a Detective for over 10 years, while working in the Major Case Division, he was the Lead Investigator on all computer crime investigations and was also a member of the hostage negotiation team. As a Patrolman, he was selected as one of six officers to serve as part of the Federal C.O.P.S. Program, a special unit designed to use advanced training in crime analysis, community prevention, and special investigations. He has completed significant advanced training including several F.B.I. and Department of Defense training classes on computer crimes which include training at the F.B.I Academy in Quantico, VA.
